She specializes in strategy development, operational human resources, talent acquisition, organizational development, data & analytics, compliance, project management, total rewards strategy, manager coaching, and communications. Kate is a thoughtful developer of processes and programs, with a proven ability to build, manage, and grow teams. She has experience in a variety of settings, including startups, large corporations, and consulting environments.

• Holds an MS in Organizational Psychology from Arizona State University
